We design our high-specification and fully welded ductwork solutions for the most challenging dust, fume and odour issues in industrial environments.

Our welded ductwork measures 1mm or above – depending on your requirements – and is constructed with mild steel, or various grades of stainless steel, where contaminants are more abrasive. Our ductwork goes through rigorous testing to ensure that it can withstand the harshest of environments.

DW114 Ductwork

DW114 ductwork specification is the standard UK specification for up to 2,000 pascals +/- ductwork systems. Our team’s combined fabrication expertise, along with our large manufacturing capacity, enables us to offer bespoke designs to cater to your site’s needs – whatever the sector.

Fabrication

Depending on your needs, our team will manufacture high-quality fabrication for industrial applications off-site at Airmatic’s large manufacturing facility in Bury, Greater Manchester. Alternatively, they can arrange a visit and conduct work on-site.

Stainless Steel Ductwork

Airmatic specialise in bespoke stainless steel ducting, which is available in a range of sizes and thickness to best suit your requirements.
